FOLLOW ME ON MY JOURNEY

Those moments when you’re spinning in your head, stuck in your own stories entangled in chains, saying “I’m a mess”...and then you slowly come to realize how you put yourself in that position in the first place... You backtrack for the when, the how, the why. And claim responsibility. For those thoughts and actions said left unsaid. You let yourself feel. You cry, you smile, you laugh and let go, and fall once again And in this beautiful dance, you remember your warrior, your fighter, your lover, your grace, your surrender, your vastness. Your essence and form meet and you fall back in love with all parts of you once again. 🐉🧞‍♀️🧜🏼‍♀️🧚🏽‍♀️
HER NAME IS TENDER⁣ ⁣ This one doesn’t come out as much. You see, I like to keep her way in the back corner. Like way in the back behind all the other voices marked Fierce boss bitch, Flighty avoidant, Cosmic Priestess⁣ ⁣ So she stays distant underneath the surface, curled up burrito wrapped in her own little self love blankie, sniffing around, carrying the weight of unlocked desires, crawling through deprivation memory lane, sorting out unfinished love letters never sent, and finding her way into the good ol heartbreak-breakup department. ⁣ “ohhh..this one’s long overdue…best bring up to headquarters!”⁣ ⁣ Meanwhile…⁣ ⁣ Start of 2019, death to my 20’s, dose of existential crises, I’ve begun to feel the crackling underneath my “play it cool” facade start to give away. The feelings that I could no longer avoid and hide and displace…⁣ ⁣ Floodgates open! All emotions on deck!⁣ ⁣ My cheeks flushed, heart warm, throat choked, thick tear drops down my face…⁣It feels so heavy and yet...relief FIERCE “Get it together woman! We don’t have time for heartbreak!! We’ve got a business to run!” FLIGHTY: AHH tears!! What do we do? Dance? Weed? Sex? ⁣ COSMIC: “Where is this coming from?” ⁣ And then I remember her. Mopey, grief ridden, needy, longing. This little one that is just dying for affection, attention, and love. ⁣ ⁣ Her name is TENDER. ⁣ ⁣ I’m breathing more deeply now. It feels nice. Tears streaming down. Memories associated with love. OOOH this is because you have loved. That you love so deeply. OMG you are capable of love! Oh the humaneness of it all. How rich! How fucking real. ⁣ ⁣ “Oh yeah…remember this. it feels good. I can help you breathe… Make you feel more human and whole and complete. Let the waves wash over you. Stay with me. Feel it through.” Thank you. thank you...thank you... Let’s hang out more often.
AN ODE TO MY TWENTIES My early 20’s were colorful and exploratory. Drinking, partying, flirting, teasing. Hookup and leave. Casual and fleeting. When things felt they could potentially move to exclusivity, I dropped interest and bowed out. Change of scene. “Onto the next one” Looking back, I was young and naive. I was sexually frustrated anorgasmic, had unhealthy boundaries trynna figure it out, moved way too fast and left my emotions unresolved and stuck suppressed inside my body. It’s easier to numb out and say “Ah nobody gets me!” By my mid 20’s, I attempted to do this relationship thing. I began to shape shift into what I thought an ideal partner should be. Starting off confident and sure of myself and ending feeling small, suffocated, and accommodating. When I hit upon an insecurity, I would rather do something to push past it rather than face it and be with it, and especially be witnessed by another in it. It is easier to be wild and free than restrained and apologetic. Meanwhile, sex continued to be a constant performative journey, pleasing. (You guys see the parallel?) I felt shame and guilt that I couldn’t trust myself to surrender to another, incompetent. And how could I express what I wanted and desired when I truly didn’t believe I could have it. By my late 20’s, fed up with my bullshit, I was ready to unpack my wounds around intimacy. Admitting I am powerless over sex and love addiction. I sought to understand my bodily wisdom, remove my shame around sexuality, rewire my relationship to pleasure and receiving. Bring on the sexual healing! I spent the end of my 20’s traveling the world finding teachers, healers, embodiment practices, tools that helped me release my ancestral shame and physical blockages in my body. I’ve never felt so much in my life, stirred up and split open! On my path to finding my Orgasm, I found deeper access to my emotions like anger, sadness, grief, and joy. And suddenly the world began to look and taste differently. Pleasure and presence, love and attention, heart opening came to me. Came from me! Continued in comments below. 😍🙏❤️🔥😘
2018- “The Fall and Rise” Into the Dark and into the Light The first half, I struggled through loss of personal power, soul versus ego dynamics, giving up on a lot of personal projects and losing a lot of friends. I left my job and my community after 6 months. And I fell into a deep hole of confusion over my calling and hid from the world for awhile trying to scrap the pieces of my falling identity. On the flip side... I also left a cult. Fell in love and in relationship. Learned how to confidently drive and cook and take care of a home. Went to Priestess School for intense emotional,, physical, energetic clearing, tantra training, and a celebration towards self love, sexual liberation, and soul calling. Found my voice and soul tribe at Burning Man and started manifesting magic again. Started my own private business and served over 20 women and men in sacred sexual healing, dearmouring, and Tantra Massage while traveling and healing my own relationship with the masculine and feminine. Founded my personal 12 step consent program and now have energetic mind blowing love making sessions. Fostered stronger connection with my family and found self approval. All this to say, I am lucky AF to learn from pain and alchemize dark into light, reconnecting lost parts of myself and falling in love all over again. I love this path, as it’s mine to own. And I’m forever grateful for the ones who’ve been by my side through it all. 😍😘🤗 I’m hopeful for 2019. as I’m stepping into claiming my gifts in the healing space, I will continue to Learn, Train, Embody, Serve, Love while calling in Abundance, Clarity, Trust, Courage, and Willpower. I will continuously build on vulnerable authentic relationships in my life and serve those who are hungry for sexual liberation and authentic expression void of shame. Thank you Universe!
